Operation ERA (Earned Recogntion/Appreciation) and Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day (WHVVD) joined forces to encourage our nation and our national pastime to do what our Government never did. To recognize and "Welcome Home" the more than 4 million Veterans who fought and survived our nations longest war yet never received a "National Welcome Home." Instead many were demeaned and insulted for defending out nation.
